Player Guide

Everything you need to know to get started.

1. Creating an account

Sign up from the home page using your email address or a linked social account. Once registered you can set a display name, upload an avatar, and optionally choose a screen name — your public identity across all leagues on the platform.

Your profile is visible to other players. You can update your display name, avatar, and contact preferences at any time from the Profile section in the top-right menu.

2. Finding & joining leagues

Navigate to Leagues in the top navigation to browse leagues on this platform. Each league card shows the league name, venue, and upcoming games.

To join a league, open the league page and tap Join. Some leagues require director approval — you'll receive a notification once your membership is confirmed. Others are open and you're in immediately.

You can be a member of multiple leagues at the same time. Use the Leagues list to switch between them.

3. Registering for games

Open a league and tap an upcoming game to see its details. If registration is open, you'll see a Register button. Tap it to add yourself to the player list.

  • Open registration — anyone in the league can register immediately.
  • Managed registration — the director reviews and approves registrations.
  • Entry code — you'll be prompted for a code provided by the organiser.

If a game is full, you may be added to the waitlist. You'll be notified if a spot opens up.

Some games require you to be physically at the venue when registering. If prompted, allow location access so the app can verify you're in range.

4. Checking in

On game day, open the game page and tap Check In once you're at the venue. Check-in is only available within the window set by the league (e.g. 30 minutes before start time).

If the game uses geofencing, the app will request your location to confirm you're within range of the venue. Make sure location access is enabled for your browser or device.

If you're unable to share your location, a staff member at the venue can check you in manually.

5. Your profile & stats

Tap My Stats in the menu to see your full playing history — games entered, points earned, and your ranking within each league and season.

Points are awarded automatically when a director posts results for a completed game. The scoring rules vary by league.

Your profile is public to other signed-in players. You can follow other players to see their activity in your feed.

6. Leaderboard

The World Tour leaderboard ranks players across all leagues on the platform based on cumulative points. Individual leagues also maintain their own season standings.

Access the leaderboard from the top navigation. Filter by season or league to see more specific rankings.

7. Notifications & messages

The bell icon in the top bar shows unread notifications — game reminders, registration confirmations, waitlist updates, and league announcements.

The message icon opens direct messages. You can start a conversation with any player you share a league with, or post to the community board for a league.
