Quick Start

Up and running in 5 steps.

1. Create an account

Sign up from the home page with your email address. Once registered, set a display name and optional screen name — your public identity across all leagues.

You can update your avatar, display name, and contact preferences anytime from the Profile menu in the top-right corner.

2. Find & join a league

Tap Leagues in the top navigation to browse. Each card shows the league name, venue, and upcoming games.

Open leagues — tap Join and you're in immediately.
Approval-required leagues — you'll get a notification when the director confirms your membership.

You can be a member of multiple leagues at the same time.

3. Register for a game

Open a league, tap an upcoming game, then tap Register. The button appears once registration is open.

Open — anyone in the league can register immediately.
Managed — the director reviews registrations before confirming.
Entry code — you'll be prompted for a code provided by the organiser.
Waitlist — if the game is full, you can join the waitlist and will be notified if a spot opens.

Some games require you to be physically at the venue to register. Allow location access if prompted.

4. Check in on game day

Open the game page and tap Check In when you arrive. Check-in is only available within the window set by the director (for example, 30 minutes before start time).

If the game uses geofencing, the app verifies you're within range of the venue. If location isn't available, a staff member can check you in manually.

5. See your points & profile

Tap your name or avatar in the top-right menu to open your profile. You'll see your game history, points per season, and World Tour ranking.

Points are awarded automatically once a director posts results for a completed game. Scoring rules vary by league.

Your profile is visible to other signed-in players. Follow other players to see their activity in your feed.
