Checking In

Self check-in, QR scan, and the check-in window.

The check-in window

Check-in is only available during a window set by the director — for example, starting 30 minutes before the game begins. Outside this window the Check In button won't appear.

If the game has already started and you haven't checked in, a staff member at the venue can check you in manually.

Self check-in

When the check-in window is open, a Check In button appears on the game page next to your name. Tap it to mark yourself as present. Your name moves to the checked-in list immediately.

Some venues use a self-service kiosk at the door. Open the kiosk URL on a shared device and players check themselves in by scanning their QR code.

QR code check-in

Each registration has a unique QR code. Open the game page and tap the QR icon next to your name to show it. A director or kiosk can scan it to check you in without you needing to navigate the app yourself.

The QR code is tied to your registration — keep it private so nobody else can check in on your behalf.

Location-verified check-in

If the league uses geofencing, the app verifies your location when you check in. Tap Check In and allow the location prompt — check-in completes if you're within range of the venue.

If you're at the venue but getting an out-of-range error, move away from walls or try again outside. GPS accuracy varies indoors.

Staff-assisted check-in

If you can't check in yourself (location blocked, no phone, outside the window), find a director or staff member at the venue. They can check you in from the director panel.

Show them your QR code to make it faster, or give them your display name.
