Registering for Games
Open, managed, entry-code, and waitlist games.

How to register
Open a league, tap an upcoming game, then tap the Register button. The button only appears when registration is open.
A confirmation prompt appears — tap Confirm to complete your registration. You'll see a confirmation message on the page and receive a notification.
Registration types

Open
Anyone in the league can register immediately while spots are available.

Managed
You submit a registration request and the director reviews it. You'll receive a notification when it's approved or declined.

Entry code
Registration requires a code provided by the organiser — typically distributed at the venue or by message. Enter the code when prompted during registration.
Waitlist
If a game is at capacity, you'll see a Join Waitlist button instead of Register. Tap it to add yourself to the queue.
If a registered player cancels, the director can move you off the waitlist. You'll receive a notification and your status will update to Registered.
You can leave the waitlist at any time by tapping Leave Waitlist on the game page.
Location-restricted registration
Some leagues require you to be physically at the venue when you register. When you tap Register, the app will ask permission to use your location.
- Allow location — registration proceeds normally if you're within range.
- Outside the range — you'll see an error. Move closer to the venue and try again, or ask a staff member for help.
- Location blocked — if your browser or device has location access disabled, you can't self-register for geofenced games. A director or staff member can add you manually.
Cancelling your registration
Open the game page and tap Unregister (visible while registration is open and the game hasn't started). Confirm the prompt to remove yourself from the player list.
If you cancel, your spot may be given to the next person on the waitlist.
